Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Germantown Academy nudges Lower Moreland
August 26, 2025: Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Germantown Academy Patriots soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Lower Moreland Lions.
The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Lansdale Catholic (Lansdale, PA). The Crusaders enter the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Lansdale Catholic was tipped by North Penn (Lansdale, PA), 4-0, in a non-league test.
The Lions now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cheltenham for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Lower Moreland will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Conwell-Egan Catholic (Fairless Hills, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
