Minnesota High School Soccer - St. Paul Central nudges Two Rivers
August 26, 2025: St. Paul, MN 55104 In Tuesday's league outing, the host St. Paul Central Minutemen soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Two Rivers Warriors.
The Minutemen (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Wayzata (Plymouth, MN). The Trojans enter the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Wayzata tipped Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN), 5-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Eastview Lightning (Apple Valley, MN) in a Class AA Section 3 test, on Thursday, August 28. Two Rivers will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Lightning come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to East Ridge (Woodbury, MN).
