Kentucky High School Volleyball - Campbell County can't hold off Highlands
August 26, 2025: Alexandria, KY 41001 In Tuesday's non-league match, the Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY) volleyball squad got by the host Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY), by a score of 2-1.
With the win, Highlands improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bluebirds host Conner (Hebron, KY) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 2-2.
The Camels now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newport Central Catholic for a non-league contest on Wednesday, August 27. Campbell County will battle a Thoroughbreds team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Oldenburg Academy (Oldenburg, IN). The Thoroughbreds record now stands at 3-0.
