The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Florin (Sacramento, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Florin was edged by Amador (Sutter Creek, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
The Wolverines now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monterey Trail for a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 27.
