August 26, 2025: Arden Hills, MN 55112 The Mounds View Mustangs soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Duluth East Greyhounds to 2 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Edina for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Mounds View will play a Hornets squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Buffalo (Buffalo, MN). The Hornets record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Duluth East moves to 1-2 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN) to face the Cougars in a non-league game on Friday, August 29. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 0-2. Lakeville South 1-1 in their recent league game against Owatonna (Owatonna, MN)
