August 26, 2025: Woodstock, GA 31088 The King's Academy Knights (Woodstock, GA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Cornerstone Prep Academy Cougars (Acworth, GA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, The King's Academy advances its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Fulton Science Academy (Alpharetta, GA) to play the Mustangs in a GIAA 1AAA challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 8-3. Fulton Science Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Dominion Christian (Marietta, GA)
Next, the Cougars play the Johnson Ferry Christian Academy Saints (Marietta, GA) in a GAPPS DI-AAA Region 1 game, on Friday, August 29. Cornerstone Prep Academy will attempt to advance on its 7-3 season record. The Saints go into the game with a 5-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Gainesville (Gainesville, GA).
