In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Emerson Mavericks volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Creekview Mustangs.

The Mavericks (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Anna (Anna, TX). The Coyotes enter the non-league challenge with a 12-9 record.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Martin Warriors (Arlington, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Creekview will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 3-15 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX).
