The Bears now possess a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Beckville for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Gladewater will clash with a Bearcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Kilgore (Kilgore, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 14-3.
