In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Ridgemont Golden Gophers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Kenton Wildcats.

The Golden Gophers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Waynesfield-Goshen (Waynesfield, OH). The Tigers enter the Northwest Central test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Waynesfield-Goshen was defeated by Jefferson (Delphos, OH), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ottawa-Glandorf for a Western Buckeye test on Thursday, August 28. Kenton will play a Titans team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to St. Henry (St. Henry, OH). The Titans record now stands at 3-3.
