Texas High School Volleyball - LEE edged by Medina Valley

August 26, 2025: Castroville, TX 78009

Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting LEE Volunteers (San Antonio, TX), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Medina Valley improves its record to 8-9 on the season. The Panthers travel to McAllen Memorial (McAllen, TX) to encounter the Mustangs in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 17-2. McAllen Memorial won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Rowe (McAllen, TX)

Next, the Volunteers meet the Edinburg Bobcats (Edinburg, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 27. LEE will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to McMullen County (Tilden, TX).
