The Tigers now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Merrill for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 2. Alcona will play a Vandals squad coming off a 42-12 non-league loss to Marion (Marion, MI). The Vandals record now stands at 0-1.
