The Giddings Buffaloes volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Cedar Creek Eagles to 0 in the Buffaloes non-league victory on Friday.

The Buffaloes now have a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Copperas Cove for a non-league game on Friday, August 27. Giddings will meet a Bulldawgs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Waco (Waco, TX). The Bulldawgs record now stands at 12-10.

The Eagles (1-17) will now prepare for their game against Lehman (Kyle, TX). The Lobo enter the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Lehman dropped by McCollum (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
