The Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mead (Longmont, CO). The Mavericks come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Mead was beaten by Windsor (Windsor, CO), 28-20, in a non-league challenge.
The Grizzlies now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evergreen for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 1. Northridge will meet a Cougars team coming off a 36-0 non-league win over Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
