Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Princeton Tigers (Princeton, WV), 3-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Highlanders confront the St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) in a Mountain State challenge, on Tuesday, August 30. Huntington will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Red Dragons enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Ripley (Ripley, WV).

The Tigers now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oak Hill for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 27. Princeton will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-2.
