The Morton Ranch Mavericks (Katy, TX) volleyball were winner over the visiting Ball Tornadoes (Galveston, TX), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Morton Ranch betters its record to 11-12 on the year. The Mavericks travel to Katy (Katy, TX) to face the Tigers in a 6A Region III District 19 outing on Tuesday, August 30.
