The Redwood Rangers held off the host Buchanan Bears volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Rangers now have a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberty for a non-league test on Saturday, August 27. Redwood will confront a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Paso Robles (Paso Robles, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 6-0.

The Bears (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Bakersfield Christian (Bakersfield, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record.
