The Wooden Shoes now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norris City-Omaha-Enfield for a non-league game on Saturday, August 27. Teutopolis will meet a Fighting Cardinals team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Cisne (Cisne, IL). The Fighting Cardinals record now stands at 3-0.
The Bearcats (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Mt. Carmel (Mt. Carmel, IL). The Golden Aces enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Mt. Carmel defeated Edwards County (Albion, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
