Georgia High School Volleyball - Oakwood Christian over Philadelphia Christian School
August 27, 2022: Calhoun, GA 30701 Oakwood Christian Eagles (Chickamauga, GA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Philadelphia Christian School Eagles (Calhoun, GA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Cherokee Christian Warriors (Woodstock, GA) in a GICAA- II-A North match, on Monday, August 29. Oakwood Christian will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Dominion Christian (Marietta, GA).
With the loss, Philadelphia Christian School drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bible Baptist Christian (Hampton, GA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 6. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 6-3.
