August 27, 2022: Shelbyville, TX 75973 The Pine Tree Pirates volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Shelbyville Dragons to 0 in the Pirates non-league victory on Saturday.
The Pirates now have a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Quitman for a non-league game on Saturday, August 27. Pine Tree will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Alba-Golden (Alba, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-10.
The Dragons (2-19) will now prepare for their game against Elysian Fields (Elysian Fields, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league game with a 6-3 record.
