Illinois High School Volleyball - Waukegan over Proviso East
August 27, 2022: Maywood, IL 60153 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Waukegan Bulldogs (Waukegan, IL) and the host Proviso East Pirates (Maywood, IL), saw Waukegan's volleyball squad beat Proviso East by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Waukegan upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL) to play the Scouts in a North Suburban bout on Wednesday, September 7. The Scouts go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
The Pirates now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Downers Grove South for a West Suburban- Gold bout on Tuesday, September 13.
