Kentucky High School Soccer - Whitefield Academy toppled by Holy Cross
August 27, 2024: Louisville, KY 40228 Holy Cross Cougars (Louisville, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Whitefield Academy Wildcats (Louisville, KY), 6-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Holy Cross advances its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Fern Creek (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-6. Fern Creek lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Fairdale (Fairdale, KY)
The Wildcats now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bullitt East for a District 24 test on Thursday, August 29. Whitefield Academy will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 9-1 league win over Fern Creek (Louisville, KY). The Chargers record now stands at 5-0.
