Indiana High School Soccer - Beech Grove toppled by Decatur Central
August 27, 2024: Indianapolis, IN 46221 Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Beech Grove Hornets (Beech Grove, IN), 9-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Decatur Central advances its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host Franklin Community (Franklin, IN) to clash with the Grizzly Cubs in a Mid-State test on Thursday, August 29. The Grizzly Cubs come into the test with a record of 0-3. Franklin Community lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Floyd Central (Floyds Knobs, IN)
The Hornets now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Indianapolis Lutheran for a Indiana Crossroads test on Thursday, September 5.
