North Carolina High School Soccer - Rockwell Christian School knocks off Calvary Christian
August 27, 2024: Rockwell, NC 28138 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Rockwell Christian School Chargers (Rockwell, NC) and the visiting Calvary Christian Cougar (King, NC), saw Rockwell Christian School's soccer squad triumph over Calvary Christian by a score of 9-0.
The Chargers (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Shining Light Baptist Academy (Monroe, NC). The Sharks enter the NCCSA A District 2 - West Region battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Shining Light Baptist Academy ran past Tabernacle Christian (Hickory, NC), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Cougar confront the Sheets Memorial Christian Eagles (Lexington, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 3. Calvary Christian will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Woodland Baptist Christian (Winston-Salem, NC).
