Indiana High School Soccer - Guerin Catholic toppled by Center Grove
August 27, 2024: Greenwood, IN 46143 Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Guerin Catholic Golden Eagles (Noblesville, IN), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Center Grove advances its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Trojans host Greenwood (Greenwood, IN) to clash with the Woodmen in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. The Woodmen come into the test with a record of 2-1.
The Golden Eagles now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory for a non-league test on Saturday, August 31. Guerin Catholic will clash with a Braves team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Noblesville (Noblesville, IN). The Braves record now stands at 2-3.
