Kentucky High School Soccer - Villa Madonna toppled by Dixie Heights
August 27, 2024: Covington, KY 41017 Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Villa Madonna Vikings (Covington, KY), 5-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Dixie Heights advances its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Colonels host Simon Kenton (Independence, KY) to clash with the Pioneers in a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. The Pioneers come into the test with a record of 2-3.
The Vikings now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Carroll County for a non-league test on Saturday, August 31. Villa Madonna will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Calvary Christian (Covington, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 3-2.
