The Western Guilford Hornets soccer team (Greensboro, NC), 8-5 in Tuesday's non-league match with the host Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC)

With the triumph, Parkland moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC) to meet the Grizzlies in a non-league match on Wednesday, September 4. The Grizzlies come into the match with a record of 2-4.
