The Cherokees now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Cleveland for a AAA District 5 outing on Thursday, August 29. McMinn County will play a Blue Raiders team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Knoxville Catholic (Knoxville, TN). The Blue Raiders record now stands at 9-3.
