The J.R. Tucker Tigers edged the visiting Mechanicsville Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Deep Run Wildcats (Glen Allen, VA) in a Colonial game, on Tuesday, September 2. J.R. Tucker will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 2-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA).
