August 27, 2025: South Lyon, MI 48178 The South Lyon Lions felled the visiting Lakeland Eagles football team by a score of 41-13 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions play the Kettering Captains (Waterford, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. South Lyon will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
With the defeat, Lakeland drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Allen Park (Allen Park, MI) to meet the Jaguars in a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 0-0.
