August 27, 2025: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL) and the visiting Wheaton North Falcons (Wheaton, IL), witnessed Glenbard West's flag football squad topple Wheaton North by a count of 27-7.
The Hilltoppers (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Huskies enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record.
The Falcons now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Addison Trail for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. Wheaton North will encounter a Blazers team coming off a 42-8 non-league loss to St. Laurence (Burbank, IL). The Blazers record now stands at 0-1.
