August 27, 2025: Beverly, MA 01915 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Beverly Panthers (Beverly, MA) and the visiting Melrose Red Raiders (Melrose, MA), saw Beverly's soccer squad hold off Melrose by a count of 1-0.
The Panthers (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against North Andover (North Andover, MA). The Scarlet Knights enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last match, North Andover was tipped by Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA), 1-0, in a non-league match.
The Red Raiders now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Newton North for a non-league outing on Friday, August 29.
