August 27, 2025: Elmira Heights, NY 14903 Charles O. Dickerson Blue Raiders (Trumansburg, NY) fans went home happy Wednesday as they saw their soccer squad overwhelm the host Edison Spartans (Elmira Heights, NY), 12-0 in a league outing.
The Blue Raiders (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Lansing (Lansing, NY). The Bobcats enter the Interscholastic Athletic Conference (IAC) outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Lansing knocked off Indian River (Philadelphia, NY), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Union Springs for a non-league outing on Friday, August 29. Edison will confront a Wolves squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Notre Dame (Elmira, NY). The Wolves record now stands at 0-1.
