South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), 4-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, South Point moves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Red Raiders travel to Carson (China Grove, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 3. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Knights play the Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, September 3. Lake Norman Charter will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
