With the triumph, Passaic Valley moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Hawthorne Christian (Hawthorne, NJ) to clash with the Defenders in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Defenders come into the test with a record of 0-0.
