The R-S Central Hilltoppers soccer team (Rutherfordton, NC), was overwhelmed 9-0 in Wednesday's non-league match with the host Polk County Wolverines (Columbus, NC)

With the triumph, Polk County moves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines host North Henderson (Hendersonville, NC) to meet the Knights in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 2.
