In Wednesday's non-league match, the Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC) volleyball team knocked off the visiting A.C. Reynolds Rockets (Asheville, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

The Blue Devils now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host North Henderson for a Mountain Eight 4A/5A bout on Thursday, August 28. Brevard will clash with a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pisgah (Canton, NC). The Knights record now stands at 4-7.
