The Eastside Lions (Lancaster, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Vasquez Mustangs (Acton, CA), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to The Palmdale Aerospace Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, August 29. Eastside will clash with a Griffins team coming off a 3-1 league loss to St. Monica Academy (Montrose, CA). The Griffins record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Vasquez drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Palmdale (Palmdale, CA) to battle the Falcons in a non-league contest on Thursday, August 28.
