The McKinney Lions held off the host Aubrey Chaparrals volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Lions now have a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forney for a non-league test on Saturday, August 28.

The Chaparrals (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 13-10 record. In their last test, Lake Ridge was nudged by North Forney (Forney, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
