August 28, 2023: Center Valley, PA 18034 Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA) fans left the game satisfied Monday as they observed their football team nudge the visiting Quakertown Panthers (Quakertown, PA), 20-15 in a non-league test.
With the win, Southern Lehigh improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league test on Saturday, September 2. The Crusaders go into the test with a record of 1-0. Notre Dame-Green Pond won 43-0 in their recent non-league test against Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA)
With the loss, Quakertown moves to 0-1 on the season. The Panthers host North Penn (Lansdale, PA) to confront the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, September 1. The Knights go into the test with a record of 0-0.
