Oklahoma High School Softball - Rock Creek bounces Stonewall
August 28, 2023: Stonewall, OK 74871 Rock Creek Mustangs (Bokchito, OK) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Stonewall Longhorns (Stonewall, OK), 7-2 in a league challenge.
The Mustangs now sport a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Soper for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 29. Rock Creek will face a Bears squad coming off a 17-2 non-league loss to Caney (Caney, OK). The Bears record now stands at 9-7.
In their next game, the Longhorns clash with the Caddo Bruins (Caddo, OK) in a Class A game, on Tuesday, August 29. Stonewall will attempt to improve on its 6-10 season record. The Bruins come into the game with a 11-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Broken Bow (Broken Bow, OK).
