August 28, 2024: Buckner, KY 40010 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Bethlehem Eagles/Banshees (Bardstown, KY) and the host Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY), saw Bethlehem's soccer squad knock off Oldham County by a score of 3-1.
The Eagles/Banshees (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Woodford County (Versailles, KY). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league battle with a 6-0 record. In their last battle, Woodford County tipped Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Colonels confront the Bardstown Tigers (Bardstown, KY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 4. Oldham County will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Christian Academy-Louisville (Louisville, KY).
