Michigan High School Volleyball - Kenowa Hills can't get by Covenant Christian
August 28, 2024: Grand Rapids, MI 49544 Covenant Christian Chargers (Grand Rapids, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Kenowa Hills Knights (Grand Rapids, MI), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Covenant Christian improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Chargers host Calvin Christian (Grandville, MI) to face the Squires in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Squires go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Knights now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Allendale for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. Kenowa Hills will face a Falcons squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Kenowa Hills (Grand Rapids, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 2-0.
