The Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions (Nashville, TN) volleyball held off the host Friendship Christian Commanders (Lebanon, TN), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 3. Christ Presbyterian Academy will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Franklin Classical School (Franklin, TN). The Falcons record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Friendship Christian drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Commanders host Davidson Academy (Nashville, TN) to clash with the Bears in a D II-A Middle 4 bout on Thursday, August 29. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 5-3.
