The George C. Marshall Statesmen tipped the host West Springfield Spartans volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Statesmen confront the Alexandria City Titans (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 29. George C. Marshall will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Titans enter the outing with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 league loss to West Springfield (Springfield, VA).
