The Sultans now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host El Capitan for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. Santana will clash with a Vaqueros squad coming off a 49-0 non-league win over La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA). The Vaqueros record now stands at 2-0.
With the defeat, Bonita Vista drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Barons host University City (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Centurions in a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. The Centurions come into the test with a record of 0-1. University City lost 28-20 in their recent non-league test against West Hills (Santee, CA)
