Minnesota High School Soccer - Irondale nudges Park Center
August 28, 2025: Brooklyn Park, MN 55443 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Irondale Knights (New Brighton, MN) and the host Park Center Pirates (Brooklyn Park, MN), saw Irondale's soccer squad hold off Park Center by a score of 1-0.
The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Columbia Heights (Columbia Heights, MN). The Hylanders enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Columbia Heights was edged by Humboldt (St. Paul, MN), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Pirates confront the Osseo Orioles (Osseo, MN) in a Class AA Section 5 outing, on Thursday, September 4. Park Center will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
