Georgia High School Football - Campbell triumphant over Marietta
August 28, 2025: Smyrna, GA 30080 The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Campbell Spartans (Smyrna, GA) and the visiting Marietta Blue Devils (Marietta, GA), witnessed Campbell's football squad wallop Marietta by a tally of 69-7.
The Spartans (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Harrison (Kennesaw, GA). The Hoyas enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Harrison was trounced by McEachern (Powder Springs, GA), 36-28, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Blue Devils battle the Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 4. Marietta will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Hawks enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 21-7 non-league loss to North Paulding (Dallas, GA).
