North Carolina High School Football - West Stokes wallops South Stokes
August 28, 2025: King, NC 27021 The West Stokes Wildcats football squad scored 44 points and limited the visiting South Stokes Sauras to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northeast Guilford for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. West Stokes will face a Rams team coming off a 36-0 non-league win over Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC). The Rams record now stands at 2-0.
The Sauras (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against McMichael (Mayodan, NC). The Phoenix enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, McMichael was ripped by Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro, NC), 46-0, in a non-league challenge.
