With the win, Lapeer East improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Oxford (Oxford, MI) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 3. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Oxford won 2-1 in their recent league battle against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI)
