August 28, 2025: Newport News, VA 23601 The Peninsula Catholic Knights (Newport News, VA) volleyball held off the visiting Hampton Christian Academy Warriors (Hampton, VA), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Knights now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Northumberland for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 10.
With the loss, Hampton Christian Academy falls to 0-2 on the year. The Warriors travel to Broadwater Academy (Exmore, VA) to battle the Vikings in a match on Friday, September 5. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 3-0.
